You have 30 days to return an item from the date you receive it.
Please e-mail your issue and request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number to firstname.lastname@example.org. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
Pack items in strong packaging to prevent damage during transit with the RMA number clearly visible. We can’t accept damaged products for a refund or replacement.
All accepted returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable and items must be returned with the freight prepaid. All refunds are issued in the same method of payment used for the original transaction within 7 business days of receiving your return.
Defective Products/Limited Warranty
We strive to provide the best products available but can’t offer replacements for normal wear and tear. If your item is deemed defective, please contact us within 90 days and we will replace it at no charge once it’s shipped back to us with freight prepaid. Primary Lithium and Alkaline batteries are excluded from this warranty.
Please contact us within 30 days of receipt with the product you wish to exchange and the product you want to replace it with. There will be a charge for the price difference of the products and return shipping.
